Hours of magical fun can be had with this incredible handmade Tiptoe Lightly World! This incredible handmade woodland world Made by Sunflower parent Dan Canning, is a wonderland for the friends to get into all sorts of adventures. Filled with beautifully hand felted characters Pine Cone and Pepper Pot the gnomes, Jeremy the mouse and Tiptoes herself, all from the beloved story books. Comes with three books from the series and two silkies. Truly a must- have for any child (or child at heart)!!!

Inside SDPD

Informative and entertaining, Inside SDPD is an unforgettable experience!

In partnership with the San Diego Policy Department, the Police Foundation provides a 3-hour Inside SDPD program designed for team-building of up to 10 guests. The goal of this one-of-a-kind experience is to give private citizens a chance to walk a day in the shoes of our "officers in training" while promoting teamwork, communication and trust. Through this interactive educational experience with police officers, participants gain a first-hand understanding of why police do the things they do and the importance of cooperative outcomes based on trust and the importance of working together towards a common goal.

Take advantage of this special invitation to Inside the SDPD through the 2019 Gala. This experience is currently wait-listed to the public.

Mixology Lesson with Paired Dinner Party!

Enjoy an evening with friends while learning how to make great cocktails from Stephan Vance, and eat an organic farm-to-table dinner provided by Liza Ferraro.

Stephan is an amateur mixologist who provides cocktails every year for the annual WISC fundraising dinner. With a focus on the classics, you will learn how to use spirits, bitters, garnishes and other ingredients, glassware, and barware to make great tasting cocktails. Take home a compilation of basic cocktail recipes, a bottle of handcrafted bitters, and a basic understanding of mixology that will get you started crafting and enjoying delicious cocktails. Liza Ferraro is passionate about serving vibrant healthy food that tastes amazing! She has been providing delicious organic, farm-to-table menus for our community for the last couple years and is excited to provide a mouth-watering meal to compliment Stephan’s cocktail instruction class. For 4-6 people and hosted at the winners home. We come to you!!

Fabulous Bee Hotel made by Grade 3

Beloved 3rd Grade Teacher Ms Patrick with the children in her class, have created a bee hotel! A thoughtfully designed tree stump has all the fineries any passing by bee family could need! With a protective roof and lots of love, this hotel is ready for its insect friends. Native bees are losing habitat at a dramatic rate and this is leading to a huge decline in population. You can help save these bees by installing a house for them in your garden. The bees will gladly thank you by pollinating your garden! Wooden plaques memorialize the piece with the names of each student.

Custom Handcrafted Barn Playhouse Set by Rosemary Kindergarten

Future farmers will enjoy hours of “down on the farm” fun with this beautifully handcrafted barn made by Waldorf Parent Dan Canning. This two story play barn comes complete with wooden and hand felted farm animals and farm family figurines. Animals and farm family figures donated and hand felted by Rosemary Kindergarten Parents.
